Article 2: Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all products, services and agreements between Lovie Jae Amsterdam and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. By placing an order on www.lovie-jae.com the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3: Offer and prices

  1. All offers and prices on the website are without obligation and can be changed at any time.

  2. The prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of any shipping costs. These are clearly stated during the ordering process.

  3. Typographical errors and typographical errors in offers, prices or other product information are not binding.

Article 4: Orders and agreements

  1. An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order and receives a confirmation from Lovie Jae Amsterdam.

  2. Lovie Jae Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information from the customer.

Article 5: Payment

  1. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

  2. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

Article 6: Delivery and shipping

  1. Lovie Jae Amsterdam strives to ship orders within the indicated delivery time. This delivery time is indicative and not binding.

  2. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed and the order can be cancelled or an alternative product offered.

  3. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

  4. Lovie Jae Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal and returns

  1. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the order without giving any reason.

  2. During the cooling-off period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be returned if it is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

  3. Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Article 8: Complaints

  1. Complaints about products or services must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery via info@lovie-jae.com .

  2. Lovie Jae Amsterdam will respond to the complaint within 14 days and try to provide an appropriate solution.

Article 9: Liability

  1. Lovie Jae Amsterdam is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, loss of profit or damage due to business stagnation.

  2. The liability of Lovie Jae Amsterdam remains limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service from which the liability arises.

  3. Lovie Jae Amsterdam is not responsible for errors or delays caused by third parties, such as carriers.

Article 10: Force Majeure

  1. In the event of force majeure, Lovie Jae Amsterdam is not obliged to fulfil its obligations. Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond the control of Lovie Jae Amsterdam as a result of which fulfilment of the obligations cannot reasonably be expected, such as natural disasters, strikes, disruptions in transport or pandemics.

  1. All texts, images, logos and other content on www.lovie-jae.com are the property of Lovie Jae Amsterdam and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Article 12: Applicable law

  1. Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes.
